Um sinal emitido pelo dispositivo de geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no dia 20 de dezembro indicou uma suposta sa\u00edda da zona de recolhimento domiciliar, levando o caso ao gabinete do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), <strong>Alexandre de Moraes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bO Incidente do Alarme Falso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bDe acordo com os registros de monitoramento, o equipamento disparou sob a suspeita de que Jefferson teria deixado sua resid\u00eancia em <strong>Comendador Levy Gasparian<\/strong>, no interior do Rio de Janeiro. Entretanto, a defesa do ex-parlamentar agiu rapidamente para esclarecer o ocorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bEm peti\u00e7\u00e3o enviada ao STF, os advogados alegaram que o epis\u00f3dio foi, na verdade, um <strong>&#8220;alarme falso&#8221;<\/strong>. Segundo a justificativa apresentada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Visita Autorizada:<\/strong> O deslocamento teria ocorrido para que Jefferson visitasse sua m\u00e3e, uma idosa com sa\u00fade debilitada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Respaldo Judicial:<\/strong> A defesa afirma que tal movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o possui autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial pr\u00e9via, o que descaracterizaria qualquer tentativa de fuga ou descumprimento de medida cautelar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bContexto de Sa\u00fade e Regime Domiciliar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bRoberto Jefferson cumpre pris\u00e3o domiciliar humanit\u00e1ria desde <strong>maio de 2025<\/strong>. O benef\u00edcio foi concedido por Alexandre de Moraes ap\u00f3s o ex-deputado passar quase dois anos internado no Hospital Samaritano, no Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bO quadro cl\u00ednico de Jefferson \u00e9 considerado delicado, envolvendo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Hist\u00f3rico Oncol\u00f3gico:<\/strong> Complica\u00e7\u00f5es decorrentes de tratamentos passados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Debilidade F\u00edsica:<\/strong> O hospital informou ao STF que, embora est\u00e1vel, ele necessita de cuidados constantes, incluindo fisioterapia e acompanhamento psiqui\u00e1trico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Troca de Equipamento:<\/strong> Em julho deste ano, o ministro j\u00e1 havia autorizado a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da tornozeleira anterior, ap\u00f3s a defesa alegar que o aparelho estava &#8220;apertando o p\u00e9&#8221; do pol\u00edtico e agravando feridas decorrentes de sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bSitua\u00e7\u00e3o Jur\u00eddica Atual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bApesar da domiciliar, as restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas a Roberto Jefferson permanecem rigorosas. Ele est\u00e1 proibido de utilizar redes sociais, conceder entrevistas ou receber visitas sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via (exceto de familiares e advogados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bO ex-presidente do PTB foi condenado pelo STF a uma pena de <strong>9 anos e 1 m\u00eas de pris\u00e3o<\/strong> por crimes como tentativa de aboli\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito e incita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 viol\u00eancia contra institui\u00e7\u00f5es.
