A medida ocorre ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias de consumidores que encontraram o litro da gasolina comum sendo comercializado por valores que chegam a <strong>R$ 7<\/strong>, gerando indigna\u00e7\u00e3o e suspeitas de pr\u00e1tica abusiva e carteliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bA\u00e7\u00e3o fiscalizat\u00f3ria e justificativas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bA notifica\u00e7\u00e3o exige que os propriet\u00e1rios dos estabelecimentos apresentem, em um prazo determinado, as notas fiscais de compra e venda referentes aos \u00faltimos dias. O objetivo do \u00f3rg\u00e3o \u00e9 cruzar os dados para verificar se o repasse ao consumidor final possui lastro no custo de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0s distribuidoras ou se configura uma eleva\u00e7\u00e3o arbitr\u00e1ria de lucro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b&#8221;O C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor \u00e9 claro: elevar o pre\u00e7o de produtos ou servi\u00e7os sem justa causa \u00e9 pr\u00e1tica abusiva. Estamos monitorando para garantir que o paranaense n\u00e3o seja lesado por movimentos especulativos&#8221;, afirmou a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Procon-PR.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bPanorama do setor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bEmbora o mercado de combust\u00edveis seja livre, as varia\u00e7\u00f5es abruptas em curto espa\u00e7o de tempo \u2014 especialmente quando ocorrem de forma simult\u00e2nea em diferentes redes \u2014 acionam o alerta das autoridades de defesa do consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio:<\/strong> At\u00e9 a semana passada, a m\u00e9dia estadual flutuava em patamares significativamente menores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Foco das notifica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> Postos que saltaram o pre\u00e7o para a casa dos R$ 6,90 a R$ 7,00 sem altera\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente na tabela das refinarias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Penalidades:<\/strong> Caso a abusividade seja comprovada, os estabelecimentos podem enfrentar multas pesadas, que variam de acordo com o faturamento, e at\u00e9 a suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria das atividades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bOrienta\u00e7\u00f5es ao consumidor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bO Procon-PR refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia de exigir a <strong>nota fiscal<\/strong> no ato do abastecimento, pois ela \u00e9 a principal prova em caso de den\u00fancia formal.
