Documentos e depoimentos obtidos por investigadores revelam que a c\u00fapula da institui\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica ignorou pareceres t\u00e9cnicos e alertas de conformidade para realizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es bilion\u00e1rias com o <strong>Banco Master<\/strong>, que foi liquidado pelo Banco Central em novembro de 2025 ap\u00f3s a descoberta do maior rombo banc\u00e1rio da hist\u00f3ria do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as irregularidades mais alarmantes sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, por duas vezes, de uma mesma <strong>C\u00e9dula de Cr\u00e9dito Banc\u00e1rio (CCB)<\/strong> sem garantias reais. O neg\u00f3cio teria sido fechado atropelando processos internos e antes mesmo da conclus\u00e3o de pareceres jur\u00eddicos que recomendavam cautela extrema e a exig\u00eancia de salvaguardas adicionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rombo bilion\u00e1rio e ind\u00edcios de fraude<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo as apura\u00e7\u00f5es mais recentes, o BRB injetou cerca de <strong>R$ 16,7 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong> no Banco Master entre 2024 e 2025. O objetivo dessas opera\u00e7\u00f5es, de acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Federal, seria inflar artificialmente a liquidez do Master para viabilizar uma posterior tentativa de compra da institui\u00e7\u00e3o pelo pr\u00f3prio BRB \u2014 um projeto batizado internamente de &#8220;V\u00e9rtice&#8221;, que acabou vetado pelo Banco Central em setembro de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funcion\u00e1rios do banco estatal, em depoimentos recentes, refor\u00e7aram a tese de que houve <strong>fraude intencional<\/strong>.
